Nick & Bill came today ( on the day they had planned) to replace my water heater and softener. Less than 2 hours to do a job I have put off for too long, but before that heater breathed its last... so I am happy to not have to worry anymore! Have always been super happy with Tri County Water and the... wonderful service they provide. Recently installed their air scrubber on our furnace and we are thrilled. There is a level of comfort knowing that the air being circulated in our house has gone through the filter and the light and is fresh and clean. They were a pleasure to work with prior to the installation with a straightforward on-site assessment for options (Jason) and easy scheduling. Nick and Andy were very professional during the installation, and completed the job and cleanup in about 1 1/2 hours. Nick came out for a quick follow up to replace a part (new from the manufacturer), and was very thorough and fast with the installation. We are relatively new to the South suburban area and, as a... result, needed to put together a new list of “trusted service providers” to help us in our new location. Typically, we rely on personal references from relatives or close friends but, when our water softener went on the fritz, I had to rely on a sticker I found on the softener and called “Tri-county Water Conditioning and “crossed my fingers” hoping for a good result. Well, I could not be more pleased with the service I have received. It is a local, family-owned company that has been in business for a long time in Prior Lake. They are friendly, response and do great work. After having them out here to work on our water softener we have since had them out to install a whole-house water filter and to do some general plumbing work. In the process we have dealt with Chris, Mark and Adam and each of them has been prompt, courteous, respectful of our property and has provided excellent service. Tri-county Water Conditioner will be our “go to” source for all things having to do with plumbing and water conditioning. I’m really glad that the prior owner left that little sticker on the water softener!read more

I needed a new sump pump as it stopped working. Melissa... did a great job of communicating the options and what would work for me.Nick arrived the day of install on time. My basement was was starting to flood from the heavy rain with water seeping through the concrete floor. Nick was calm, put a temporary pump in place and installed the new pump to fully drain the water. From sale to signing off after install, green flags all the way.Thanks Melissa and Nick the new pump is like sump pump 2.0. Based on my experience I will recommend you for all water filter and plumbing needs.read more

I rented a water softener and filtration system from Tri... County for years. They were always responsive and proactive to make sure the systems were working well. Their service people are thorough and honest. Never charged me for things I didn’t need and advising me as to how to do stuff myself so I could avoid unnecessary service calls. When I inquired to buy out my rental agreements, they quoted me a fair price and sent out a service person to ensure the units were in good working order before finalizing the transaction. Great experience all the way through. I’m certainly going to trust them to keep the units I bought working for years into the future.read more

Wow. My only regret is that I didn’t put this softening... system in sooner! We live in rural Minnesota with hard water and a ton of calcium build up…… once we got our softener (plus a reverse osmosis system) we have had the softest water, no build up or residue on our dishes, even our hair is extra soft now! The installers were very knowledgeable, they walked us thru all the controls of the three systems. I'm renting a house from renters warehouse and is a very... disrespectful company that hired this water company to come out to the house at 7am and didn't tell me nor am I awake at this time... this company showed up for a no show and when I found out they were trying to service the home they were so respectful, communicated with me on what happened, and even called me back to make sure the new time was aware to me and worked with my schedule which is amazing to me in my situation. We just had our water softener installed last Friday for... our new build house. Our water hardness went from 15 to 0 or 1. Chlorine is at a non-detectable level now. My skin has been feeling less dry and you don’t see as much white residues in the sinks as much as before, I am very happy! The entire process from consultation to installation and follow up, it’s been a pleasure to work with the staff members. They have been very respectful and helpful. Melissa is our consultant, she is very sweet and helpful. During the installation, I did notice our entry wall was scratched by their red plastic cover, which left permanent red markings on our wall. The markings did make me a little sad because it is a brand new house but it is such a small thing, we didn’t want to make a fuss so just painted over it later. Overall, the experience has been excellent. We are very happy with our purchase so far!read more
