Nick & Bill came today ( on the day they had planned) to replace my water heater and softener. Less than 2 hours to do a job I have put off for too long, but before that heater breathed its last... so I am happy to not have to worry anymore! We are relatively new to the South suburban area and, as a...result, needed to put together a new list of “trusted service providers” to help us in our new location. Typically, we rely on personal references from relatives or close friends but, when our water softener went on the fritz, I had to rely on a sticker I found on the softener and called “Tri-county Water Conditioning and “crossed my fingers” hoping for a good result. Well, I could not be more pleased with the service I have received. It is a local, family-owned company that has been in business for a long time in Prior Lake. They are friendly, response and do great work. After having them out here to work on our water softener we have since had them out to install a whole-house water filter and to do some general plumbing work. In the process we have dealt with Chris, Mark and Adam and each of them has been prompt, courteous, respectful of our property and has provided excellent service. Tri-county Water Conditioner will be our “go to” source for all things having to do with plumbing and water conditioning. I’m really glad that the prior owner left that little sticker on the water softener!read more

I needed a new sump pump as it stopped working. Melissa...did a great job of communicating the options and what would work for me.

Nick arrived the day of install on time. My basement was was starting to flood from the heavy rain with water seeping through the concrete floor. Nick was calm, put a temporary pump in place and installed the new pump to fully drain the water. From sale to signing off after install, green flags all the way.

I rented a water softener and filtration system from Tri...County for years. They were always responsive and proactive to make sure the systems were working well. Their service people are thorough and honest. Never charged me for things I didn’t need and advising me as to how to do stuff myself so I could avoid unnecessary service calls. When I inquired to buy out my rental agreements, they quoted me a fair price and sent out a service person to ensure the units were in good working order before finalizing the transaction. Great experience all the way through. I’m certainly going to trust them to keep the units I bought working for years into the future.read more

Wow. My only regret is that I didn’t put this softening...system in sooner! We live in rural Minnesota with hard water and a ton of calcium build up…… once we got our softener (plus a reverse osmosis system) we have had the softest water, no build up or residue on our dishes, even our hair is extra soft now! What Integrity!

You may recall you were at my house a couple of weeks ago because I was having problems with my eco water water softener. You checked a few things and we discussed costs for a new softener vs maybe having a little more life in our existing one. As it were, the old one has been performing well. I think cleaning it up a bit gave it new life. I know you are in the business of selling softeners, but I do appreciate your taking the time to walk me through the operation of our existing. It is a level of integrity that is sadly lacking too often these days, and when exhibited, is not recognized often enough. My 75 gallon water heater went kaput and I reached out to Tri-County Water to replace (I found their services through Costco). They were able to do the job within 2 days. The Team (Nick and Andy) arrived early for the appointment to replace and did a fabulous job. They were done within an hour and half and it works great. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled my old water heater away. I would definitely use their services again!
