I am very satisfied with the recent work that was done to fix the issue with my water softener. The plumber came out earlier than originally promised which was appreciated. He was very nice and worked quickly, all the while explaining what he was doing, what he found and how he fixed the problem. He also changed some settings based on questions he asked me and showed me how to change some advanced settings if I wanted "belt and suspenders". I highly recommend Tri County Water Conditioning,

Our water softener experience with Tri County Water... Conditioning was great! My husband and I moved into a new construction home and started seeing hard water spots on dishes and showers. Colby did an excellent job going through the options of water softeners and answering all of our questions. Once we decided on one based on his recommendations, we had it installed by Nick. Again, he took the time to show me how it worked, explained the type of salt to use and made sure everything was working properly. Our water is SO much better now! The drinking water tastes so clean and we no longer have hard water spots. Colby even came back 2 weeks after it was installed to check the hardness and everything was working as it should.
