PLUMBER (TRAINEE) – Full-time

This opportunity awaits you in our Prior Lake (Mpls/St. Paul South Metro) or Hutchinson

What You’ll Do

1. Assist Senior Plumbers: Work closely with experienced plumbers on various plumbing projects, including installations, repairs, maintenance, and inspections.

2. Learn Plumbing Systems: Gain a deep understanding of plumbing systems, fixtures, and
components, including water supply, drainage, sewage, and heating systems.

3. Tool Proficiency: Become proficient in the use of plumbing tools and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safety protocols.

4. Pipe Installation: Assist in the installation of pipes, fittings, and fixtures, ensuring they meet
industry standards and local codes.

5. Troubleshooting: Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and faulty components.

6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working
environment for yourself and colleagues.

7. Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their plumbing needs courteously.

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked.

9. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and plumbing codes through ongoing training and self-study.

Who You Are

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in plumbing.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing concepts or prior experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift heavy objects.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Residential Water Treatment Installation Technician – Full Time

What We’re Looking For

We are very interested in someone self-motivated, has a knack for hands-on work and problem-solving, and has a passion for being customer-focused, offering technical expertise and ability. This position could be based out of our Prior Lake, MN office or our Hutchinson, MN office.

Who You Are

  • Ability to install and maintain residential water treatment systems, including filtration, purification, softening, and other related equipment.
  • Willing to collaborate with clients to assess their water treatment needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Perform on-site visits to conduct installations, ensuring proper placement and connection of equipment.
  • Possess the knowledge to test and troubleshoot systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and
    promptly.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly attitude.
  • Capable of following written or verbal direction and documented procedures.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various environments.
  • Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
  • High School diploma/GED.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and able to pass the DOT health card.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Lead Gen Specialist – Part Time

What We’re Looking For

We are searching for several Lead Generation Specialists to share 3 hr – 4 hr shifts. In this role, you will be onsite (typically Costco or Home Depot) to greet potential customers, generate leads, and set up appointments for our sales consultants.

You’re the first step in the prospecting process, and our sales teams rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers. You may also represent our company at nearby home and garden shows to maximize brand recognition and a customer pipeline.
