    My 75 gallon water heater went kaput and I reached out to Tri-County Water to replace (I found their services through Costco).  They were able to do the job within 2 days. The Team (Nick and Andy) arrived early for the appointment to replace and did a fabulous job.  They were done within an hour and half and it works great.  They cleaned up after themselves and hauled my old water heater away.  I would definitely use their services again!

    You may recall you were at my house a couple of weeks ago because I was having problems with my eco water water softener. You checked a few things and we discussed costs for a new softener vs maybe having a little more life in our existing one. As it were, the old one has been performing well. I think cleaning it up a bit gave it new life. I know you are in the business of selling softeners, but I do appreciate your taking the time to walk me through the operation of our existing. It is a level of integrity that is sadly lacking too often these days, and when exhibited, is not recognized often enough.
