Lead Generator

What We’re Looking For:

We are searching for several Lead Generation Specialists to share 3 hr – 4 hr shifts. In this role, you will be onsite at a Costco store to greet potential customers from our kiosk, generate leads, and set up appointments for our sales consultants.

You’re the first step in the prospecting process, and our sales teams rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers. You may also represent our company at nearby home and garden shows to maximize brand recognition and a customer pipeline.

• Passion for engaging others in conversation
• Willingness to learn proper sales and lead generation techniques
• Customer service-oriented
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Self-motivated
• Smartphone capable
• Driver’s license and your own vehicle
• Available some evenings and weekends
• High School Diploma preferred
