After 6 months of my water softener not working I called... Tri County Water Conditioning thinking I needed a new one. Instead of giving me a heavy sell, their representative Bill said, “Why don’t we just take a look first”. Chris, our Tech, was so professional and accommodating. He set a time that was convenient for me, arriving on time and called when he pulled in the driveway as not to disturb any sleeping children. After a short time with my softener he diagnosed the issue, replaced a part and had it working again. . . for about a tenth the cost I expected.
